There is truly no prettier cheese than this floral offering from the cheese makers of the French mountains of the Alcase and Jura regions.

Bejewelled with petals of mallow, marigold, cornflower, safflower, rose, strawberry leaves and fenugreek, the golden yellow pate has a rich buttery taste that finishes with notes of maple and honey.

Like many great French cheeses, Montbeliard milk is used and it is matured for three to four months before the flowers are added and a second maturation period begins.
