Christmas – Local
We’re lucky to be surrounded by some of the best cheesemakers in the country, and have created this delightfully local cheese selection which proves you don’t have to look far from home to find fabulous food!
Christmas Cheese will be delivered between 21-23rd December – we will confirm date by 19th December
Barkham Blue – a gorgeous blue cheese from the Two Hoots Dairy at the Hampshire/Berkshire border, created with immensely rich and creamy Channel Island cow milk (possibly Partisan’s favourite ever blue cheese!)
Tunworth – a deservedly award-winning Camembert-style cheese from the Hampshire Cheese Co., sure to become an instant favourite from the first taste.
Golden Cross – a true testament to the notion that happy goats make great cheese, Golden Cross is a fabulous product of East Sussex with a silky texture, and fresh, citrus flavour.
Spenwood – the founding cheese of the Berkshire-based Village Maid Dairy, Spenwood is a delightfully nutty, well-rounded ewes milk creation of well-known cheesemaker, Anne Wigmore. Inspired by Pecorino, but by no means an imitation, Spenwood is one of our best local hard cheeses.
Weywood – gloriously pungent, and with a full-bodied flavour, Weywood is a ripe delight. Created by our Frensham-based friends at Cheese on the Wey, Weywood is also washed in a Farnham cider – as local as it gets
