Grape must is combined with sugar to create this unique and ancient grape nectar from Pantelleria, off the coast of Italy. It has a honeyed sweetness, wine fragrance and a thick, runny consistency. Try using a honey drizzler to anoint your Pecorino. Originally intended for hard, spicy and powerful cheeses like aged Gouda, Comté, or Gruyere, but we think it is superb with our Gorgonzola Dolce.
