Ailsa Craig (locally known as ‘Paddy’s Milestone’) is named after the landmark volcanic island in the Firth of Clyde.

This Scottish cheese is made from pasteurised goat’s milk. Produced by Dunlop Dairy, at Clerkland Farm, Stewarton, Scotland, it is formed into a rock shaped cheese and wrapped like a parcel. It’s a fluffy, beautifully crafted cheese with a creamy taste and goaty flavour which instantly melts in the mouth.
