What’s in the box //
Made in cheshire by female cheesemaker Claire Burt, this award winning, creamy blue has subtle tangy notes and a slightly salty finish. Claire suggests pairing it with a fresh fig and a drizzle of honey but here at Partisan we think you can’t beat it with a slosh of Moscato Grape Nectar!
Crottin de Chavignol
Made in the tiny village of Chavignol, this tiny AOC cheese used unpasturised goat milk to create a creamy yet lemony pate. It has a nutty flavour that gets more pungent and “goaty” as it ages. We love hem baked with a salad.
This nettle wrapped lovely is made near Truro in Cornwall. It has citrusy notes wit a buttery finish and a divine crumbly texture. A versatile cheese when it comes towine pairing, we love it with a fruity w hite or soft red!
Possesing all the delights of its bigger brother Epoisses but in an easy to mange, single serving. Washing with Marc de Bourgogne for around three weeks gives the cheese its distictive orange hue and meaty, rounded flavour. A Dijon speciality is to pair this cheese with gingerbread!
This year we have given you a choice of two Kokoh chocalte bars or a pack of mixed Kokoh truffles in our Mother Luvva box. Winner of 3 stars in the great taste awards, the raspberry and cocoa nibs is a shop favorite and the dark chocolate and sea salt has to be tasted to be belived.
