Surrey Larder is excited to introduce our newest product, artisan fresh pasta from La Tua. This family business was created in London in 2006 and was founded with a passion for authentic Italian food & a philosophy taken from their grandmothers.

Made from scratch in their own kitchens, they offer plain and filled varieties, it truly is restaurant quality and we can’t wait to share it with you!

La Tua Pasta is fresh and very versatile. It cooks in only 3-4 minutes. Our advice is to enjoy it with some olive oil and fresh parmesan however, it can also be paired with your favourite vegetables, sauce and topping for a five star feast!

Alternatively, why not try it with our recipe for Partisan Pesto, its simple, easy to make and requires just 5 ingredients!


From flour to eggs, cheeses and vegetables, La Tua carefully source only the finest quality raw materials and ingredients. They solely work with suppliers where they are confident of the quality and consistency of the ingredient. All their produce is completely free from preservatives, colourants, additives or flavour enhancers.


Ever since they began as a small family business La Tua have always made all of our pasta by hand to the most traditional Italian recipes. They pride themselves on being a true “Pastificio” which means they make their own pasta in their own kitchen from scratch. The fillings are also all made from scratch, with each & every piece of Tortelloni folded by hand.


Every year the quality of La Tua pasta has been recognised and awarded by The Guild of Fine Food. Over the years we have received more than 75 awards – an amazing achievement for a Pastificio. They pasta has also been awarded by the Pizza and Pasta Industry Awards and the Caterer. We are a Great Taste Producer.
