What are the shop opening hours?
We are currently open Wednesday 10am till 5pm, Thursday 10am till 5pm, Friday 10am till 5pm and Saturday 10am till 5pm. We hope to extend these back to 10am till 5pm Tue – Sat as soon as possible
How much does delivery cost?
Postal delivery is charged at a flat rate of £6.95 but is free if you spend over £65
Postage is free for Cheese Club deliveries
If you are within the postcodes GU1 – GU4 and your basket totals more than £25 then delivery is free.
If you live in the postcode are GU5 – GU8 and your basket totals £25 – £49.99 then you will be charged £3 for delivery.
If you live in the postcode are GU5 – GU8 and your basket totals more than £50 you will qualify for free delivery.
Will I get a delivery time slot?
If you are recieving a postal delivery then our courier should email you to manage your delivery expectations.
For Surrey Larder local deliveries your order will be hand delivered by Mike on a Friday. As soon as your parcel leaves the shop you should recieve an email saying your order is out for delivery. Although we cant guarentee an exact time slot, from when you recieve this email your order should be no longer than an hour or two.
If you are using our click and collect service you can select a collection time at the checkout.
What is the best way to get in touch with the Partisan team?
You can try calling the shop during opening hours. We will always try our hardest to answer the phone but it is sometimes difficult to do if we are serving customers. If you can’t get hold of us on the telephone then please drop us an email to Hello@Partisan-Deli.co.uk with your name, telephone number and query and we will get back to you asap.
Are there any products I can't order if I am recieving my delivery via the post?
Yes. Unfortunately we sell a lot of products that are only suitable for hand delivery in the local area. These include bread, eggs, any alcohol, pasta and fresh meat (charcuterie is fine to post though). These products are so fresh or delicate that they wouldnt arrive in a great condition so we do not post them out. If you have ordered these items by accident we will refund them for you.
How do I pre-order bread for shop collection?
Place your bread order through the website as normal and select shop collection at the checout. If you wish to collect your bread on a Friday then you are done. If you wish to collect your bread on a different day then please email email@example.com immediately after you have placed your order so that we can order it in for you. Bread must be ordered before 10am the day before you wish to collect it. Bread is available for collection on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
